SUBMISSION

We invite researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to submit original and unpublished research papers to ICSMEI 2026.

All submissions must align with the conference themes and demonstrate high-quality research contributions in sustainable materials, environmental innovation, and related fields.

Types of Submission

Full Paper (for presentation and publication)
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings

Submission Requirements

Papers must be original and unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere
All submissions must be written in clear and professional English
Authors are required to follow the conference paper template (to be provided)
Submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process by the Technical Committee

Submission Process

Prepare your manuscript according to the conference template
Submit your full paper via the submission system (link will be provided)
Await review and notification of acceptance
Revise the paper (if required) based on reviewers’ comments
Complete registration and payment upon acceptance

Publication

All accepted papers will be published in SCOPUS index proceedings. Selected papers will be published in the International Journal of Conservation Science (IJCS)/Malaysian Journal of Microscopy (MJM)/ International Journal of Nano electronics And Materials (IJNEAM)
