We invite researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to submit original and unpublished research papers to ICSMEI 2026.

All submissions must align with the conference themes and demonstrate high-quality research contributions in sustainable materials, environmental innovation, and related fields.

Types of Submission

  • qxio-android-checkmark-circleAccepted papers will be considered for publication in a Scopus-indexed proceedings series, subject to publisher approval and compliance with publication requirements.
  • qxio-android-checkmark-circle Selected papers will be published in the International Journal of Conservation Science (IJCS)/Malaysian Journal of Microscopy (MJM)/ International Journal of Nano electronics And Materials (IJNEAM)

Submission Requirements

  • qxio-android-checkmark-circlePapers must be original and unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere
  • qxio-android-checkmark-circleAll submissions must be written in clear and professional English
  • qxio-android-checkmark-circleAuthors are required to follow the conference paper template (below)
  • qxio-android-checkmark-circleSubmitted papers will undergo a peer-review process by the Technical Committee

Submission Process

Publication

We are pleased to announce Scientific.Net as the official Publishing Partner for the conference. Selected and accepted papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings through Scientific.Net, subject to the publisher's review and publication requirements.
